I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in the greater Phoenix area. I believe that each person has, within themselves, the ability to grow and change. Part of the process of, and evaluation towards, change can be a positive relationship with an advocate and/or counselor. I have respect for this process and an interest in clients achieving their counseling goals.

My counseling style is cognitive-behavioral therapy, and I tend to be solution-focused and goal oriented.

About Gloria

I have more than forty years of experience in individual, family, group, and couples counseling.I received my Masters Degree in Counseling from Arizona State University in 1982. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology with a Womens Studies Certificate, and I am licensed in the State of Arizona by the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. 

I have lived in the Phoenix area for over fifty years and have worked for three local hospitals, in a number of middle schools and high schools, and for non-profit agencies. I have been in private practice since 1986.
